"I called to cancel it because, there was a lot of miscommunication. There was not enough understanding of what I needed and what they were doing. Then they tried to help me out, it turned out OK in the end and it got resolved. It took me a while to call them because, I had surgery. They were responsive and good. What I had done took longer, so I had to pay another $400. I would have done more research, or gotten more bids on it. They were pleasant, and responsible. For me, it would have been better if they had sent someone at first, before they did the job. I would have shown them what needed to be done, and they would have understood me better. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."
