"Chose Ideal to replace the roof on my rental. They were fast and end result looks great. Their pricing was very good."

"Very good experience- prompt response, quality work and reasonable prices. Estimator, office manager and roofers all very good and very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again or to recommend."

"Redbird roofing was the only company that actually sent a roofer to figure out my leak problem. Taylor listened, wasn’t pushy, got up on the roof and took his time trying to see where the leak was coming from, he was kind and considerate, and didn’t push me to replace my entire roof. Amber who runs their office was just as considerate. I will definitely get an estimate from them first when I replace my whole roof. Too bad other companies don’t combine kindness with integrity."

"Very honest, Most of the roofing companies said I need to replace my roof asap, roof repaid comapnies had told me that I dont need to replace roof, but I should get my roof pressure washed. However Ramon from Spruce up was very honest, he checked my roof and said you dont need anything for next three years. His replacement quote was also lowest amongst the 4 that I got, for same shingles."

"Eli was very friendly and easy to work with for setting up the project. They were very transparent with their pricing and were able to get me a quote within a day of inspecting the house. They were also able to schedule the work within a week of the quote and got the work completed in under three days. They completely removed the old roof as well as a substantial amount of rotting plywood underneath and replaced everything with brand new wood and shingles. They also installed a new skylight and metal sidings and flashing and little additional cost. Would highly recommend working with them and would hire them again in the future."

"Worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally to replace my asphalt shingle roof, add necessary additional vent pipes, and complete a thorough clean-up. Great job!"

"Evergreen put on a new roof for us and I am very happy with the process and the result. Shawn was very clear in the bid process and remained responsive throughout the installation. The work crew leader, Angel, was absolutely brilliant in problem solving throughout the process. His crew were each very experienced, working independently and in teams to get the job done right and on schedule. I had requested several deviations from a simple reroofing – installation of a solar fan and rodent screening under the venting – and this team made these modifications in an efficient and thorough manner. Angel’s forward-thinking came even more into focus near the end when he asked if I would like them to leave the anchors in place on the steep portions of our roof so that the solar installers would not need to install their own next month. Evergreen Renovations and Roofing comes with my highest recommendation."

"Wow! I can't thank David Leal enough for helping me get a new roof and some windows. The guys he had working here were the best. Cobex and David have restored my faith in the construction industry. Thank you!"

"This was our second time working with KVN! We've struggled with an eight year old leaky roof for the past year and a half that we've owned our home, so when we discovered that our roof had been installed by the previous homeowner and a friend, we knew we needed a replacement. KVN replaced our siding last summer and did such a wonderful job, we called them for a quote on our roof. We really appreciated Kirill's knowledge of the roofing materials and his explanation of how the products performed and were installed. Kirill was the only estimator to even get on our roof! The roofing team was punctual each day and answered all of our questions. Our new roof looks awesome with no more leaks! Excellent job, again! Would highly recommend. Thank you KVN!"

"They replaced a section of my roof and vents at a fair price, and showed me pictures of their good work. I will hire them again!"
