"Brian was truly a lifesaver. We detected a gas leak at my 80 year old mothers home on a Friday afternoon with a major winter storm headed our way. ACC plumbing was quick to respond to my request via Angis. In fact they were the only plumber to respond. Brian was able to pressurize the lines and locate 2 separate leaks. Once the leaks were repaired we were able to get her gas turned back on. Thankfully my mother was able to reheat her home before the storm hit. We are very thankful that ACC Plumbing was able to fix the problem and equally grateful that we were not overcharged for the service during a critical time. A good honest plumber is hard to find. Luckily we found ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!"

"Tom and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom upgrade. They removed the old floor and replaced it without creating a mess in our home. They put down drop cloths from the front door to the bathroom. They prepped the subfloor and installed new tile and moldings. When they were done they swept the work area. Excellent care of our home. They installed the toilet, new vanity, mirror, light and towel bars. We would highly recommend Nicholas Tile and Bath for your project. They were always professional and did a great job for us."

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. I am very pleased with this service and just texted my sister to call them for commode replacement. Thank you so much, Paul, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. "I called the warranty company Saturday afternoon, received a call a few hours later, and scheduled appointment for the next day. Was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival but didn't. Arrived Sunday, assessed the problem in less than 15 minutes, recommended new water heater, and measured scuttle hole. He said the order for the heater would be placed Monday, it would arrive Tuesday and he could come Wednesday morning. He called me Tuesday afternoon and said somehow it did not get ordered amd blamed the warranty company, then pushed repair to Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday I again did not get the 30 minute call letting me know they were coming. The heater did not fit and I asked how, since he measured and the response was "I can't control what the warranty company gives me do you want it or not?" Some boards were removed and replaced to make it fit. The owner, I felt, was a bit hasty and rude but his employee was very nice and explained things well. Overall the job was done, took 4 days from the time I called to completion and overall was an ok but not great experience."

I figured this was going to be like all the rest and I would never hear back. A few minutes later, I got a call back and Rick walked me through what I could do to unfreeze my pipes.
