"We contacted Maria at Freedom a few years ago to refinish our wood floors. She and her husband came out and met with my husband to measure and give an estimate. They were punctual, friendly, and their estimate was similar to other estimates that we received at the time. We chose not to have our floors done at that time, however, Maria touched base with us a few times via email. When we were ready to have our floors done, I called up Maria and began working with them right away. We appreciated their friendly service and responsiveness -- whenever I had a question, I could get an answer via email or phone that same day and often within the hour. Maria recommended a mover which I used to move our furniture out of our downstairs. The mover (which I hired and paid for separately) also taped up all of the areas that would get dusty and he also had a cleaner come in afterward to clean off the tops of cabinets, moldings,... This was a great added service. The floors were completed while we were on vacation. We had a glitch with my phone service while we were out of the country and Maria was trying to get in touch with me, but luckily, all turned out well in the end! We were very happy with the work performed. There were a few spots that we asked them to come and touch up. They came out right away and touched those up -- looks beautiful!! Freedom puts new shoe moldings or quarter moldings on and then you hire your own painter to paint them to match your base moldings. Now our refinished floors look like brand new floors!! Quality work!!"
