"The original reason I chose Average Joe's was the consultation and estimate process. Everything was covered so thoroughly, the process from beginning to end, even things we didn't think of asking. Our deck turned out so well and we love it! We get compliments on it all the time and we're happy we chose a composite replacement. A special "thank you" to Adrian who fixed a piece of our siding - it was hidden by the old deck, but it had come loose and he fixed it before I could even ask him the following morning. I take care of my elderly mother and when we decided it was time to fully renovate our basement built in 1969 John listened to my concerns in keeping my mother healthy and a trait that is missing in this industry he PATIENTLY listened. My goodness. Despite all the delays that inevitably came (none of which were his fault), he took ownership and made the kind of adjustments that kept the project on time and found ways to cut costs for me.
