"I had two squirrels living in my attic. They set up a barrier with a trap on it to where I thought they were coming in to trap them, and they seemed to go away for awhile but we didn't catch them - spent $170 for that. I heard them again and they came out to set another trap in a different location (spent $160 for that) and managed to catch them both (one at a time after resetting it). My only complaint was the second squirrel was killed while I was at work and was dangling from the front porch eaves where my daughter came across it after work. It was very disturbing to her so I texted immediately to have them come remove it. They said they would be there the next day, but forgot. I think it was another day after that before they came back. They did apologize, but it was rather troubling to have a dead squirrel dangling from my roof for three days. I always feel like things are overpriced when it's something I could really do myself (I thought they would offer more value like looking around for other places that might need to be addressed -- I had to point out all the places to look at). Bottom line the squirrels are gone and none have been back since, so that is good."

"I noticed the odor of a dead animal in my basement but after searching could not locate it.  I called a pest control company.  The man came and searched and determined that the animal was on the other side of my foundation and the odor was coming through the cracks.  He was very helpful but it was not  work he did. The foul odor was getting worse. I found someone that I thought was coming the next day but there were complications and it looked like I might be living like that for a few more days. By this time the odor was just horrible.  I called Cridder Ridder and Matt quoted me a price and said he could come that afternoon at 3 or possibly earlier if that was alright.  It was. He arrived before 3.  My deck is only about a foot off the ground so I knew it would have to be partially dismantled and told him I knew that it was old and  that boards might break but I was prepared to risk it.  (By that time I was so desperate I might have okayed a chainsaw to whack a hole in the middle of the deck!) He patiently pried up boards without breaking anything and then discovered it was not where we thought ,but was a lot deeper.  He dug until he was able to reach it.   Fortunately he has really long arms and a really long tool to snag it from the tunnel and was soon ringing my doorbell with a big smile on  his face and a trash bag holding a dead possum  in his hand.  He put my deck back together and I was thankful the whole smelly ordeal was over. He was nice, prompt, knowledgeable, got the job done with a minimum of damage to my deck, and I would definitely recommend him. <br />"

She arranged for staff to meet meet me the next morning at the same time as some of my other appointments so that I wouldn't need to arrange to be there multiple times. "The technicians with Animal Solutions were very friendly and professional, from the first call to the close of the job. The technician arrived on time to our appointment and showed me exactly where and how the animal was gaining entry to my home. He set traps just outside the entryway and once the animal was caught, it was removed within just a few hours. He then replaced the thin screening covering the animal's access point and the other attic vents (4 total) with a heavier metal screening to prevent other animals from gaining entry. He also gave me some pointers on how to evict a ground hog that spends his summer's under my porch. I had called for quotes from a couple other wild animal removal companies that I'd found in the yellow pages prior to calling them & Animal Solutions actually offered a better price than the others.
