"We have the ASAP plan, so we get annual furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing inspections with our plan. Today we had the plumbing inspection. The man who came out was named Caesar. He was very nice (our dog approved of him!) and professional. He showed us with pictures that he had taken some potential problem areas and told us that our hot water heater is over the typical life of a water heater. He told us what could be done and gave us some estimates of both repair work and a new hot water heater. He did not try to sell us anything-said that if we decided to do any of this work in the next 30 days, to call and schedule it and there would be no additional service call charge. We would also get a discount because of the ASAP plan. I do not think that Anthony’s is the cheapest service, but I can say that after having had all kinds of work (furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing) done by them over the years, they are EXCELLENT and they really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy."

I was given false information about the complicated "fix" that was needed due to corrosion on a connection and the seller of the washer was not at fault. I thought I would have to tear out a wall to get this problem solved. Not so. The plumber that came cut off the threaded end and took off the old hose without having to damage the wall behind the shut off valve. I was thrilled."

"My first experience With Town and Country Pros was 2 years ago when the gas furnace was having issues firing up. It was -5 degrees outside and all companies were busy. They came out the same day even at 8pm. The contacts just had to be cleaned any only charged me the normal fee for the service call (no over price to try and rip me off). The previous company I hired for years (you can "trust" on T.V.) took advantage when a motor went out in the summer and it was 85 degrees in the house. And with my back up against the wall, I paid 2x what it should normally have cost (my Dad used to do AC installs in another state). I got 4-5 different quotes of brands and companies be mindful some might be cheaper, but look at the components, models and series of the equipment, they are not always apples to apples. Pricing- The prices are about the same as other companies even like ones you see advertisements on T.V. So even though they are smaller and not much marketing the prices are reasonable to other bigger companies. Reviews- In nearly all reviews I couldn't find anything negative about Town and Country Pros. And I looked through multiple sources, BBB, Angi, Google etc. With several other companies you would see red or yellow flags about concerns for one reason or another. NOT TOWN AND COUNTRY!!! Quality of work- The installers did great work, but we had 1 issue that had to be fixed 2x after the installation. We had a natural gas smell and they had to come out and tighten a pipe/nut, not sure if it was the same one but close to same area. While annoyed a little, they fixed it! It happens. Customer Service- After the install I had a few questions and maybe I should have reached out to customer service instead of the person who provided me the quote ( and answered system questions), as he was not always on the ball to get back to me without an additional call from my email. Ever since I called or emailed customer service they had been much better at answering my questions. Thermostat- We bought a variable speed system which requires a specific thermostat and I felt while the technician's were knowledgeable about basic functionality, they didn't seem to be fully aware how to "maximize" system efficiency and savings. Look no company is perfect and bumps will happen, but with Town and Country Pros you won't be sorry in my experience. I recommend this company many times over!!"

"Our water drain valve broke out of the tank on Tuesday afternoon. We needed a replacement asap and called KC Metro on Wednesday morning around 8:00 am. Kyle came out with a new water heater by 9:30 am and was done around noon. Very professional and conscientious!! If you need a good plumber, call KC Metro. "We recently purchased a foreclosure which had an 18 YO electric water heater. I decided we should replace that sooner rather than later. There are several new options such as tankless and heat pump models. I have typically chosen gas water heaters in the past for efficiency and quick recovery. Since the house never had a gas water heater, I would have to go high efficiency in order to use PVC out the side of the house for supply and exhaust. Through all my research, I settled on a gas tankless. I put out bids on HomeAdvisor and Angie's List and one of those that reached out was Zack at Mac Wilson Plumbing. Zack sounded knowledgeable, he answered my questions, and his prices seemed fair. Zack recommended a Navien tankless which seemed like a good product, so we went forward. I had to have the gas company upgrade the gas meter and run an electric outlet to where the tankless would reside prior to installation. Zack had our new water heater installed just prior to our move in. He had to order a stand for the new water heater and had to make a couple trips to work everything out, but he did not complain. He routed the supply and exhaust PVC piping smartly. They also brought the plumbing up to code by adding an expansion tank and pressure regulator. They also replaced the leaking globe valves with newer ball valve. Furthermore, they put in quick disconnects for the existing water softener with shut off valves so I can easily replace it down the road. He also installed new ball valve for our new whole house steam humidifier that the HVAC company would not do. They were quick and efficient and did excellent work. They also went the extra mile and ran a PVC drain for my water softener and tied it into the HVAC drain. My plumbing now looks modern and clean. Lastly, Zack added a gas line for a gas dryer and gas cooktop at a later time as he is a busy guy and Covid messed with his staffing during our project. I felt his reasonable prices for the great work he did worth the wait. On a personal note, Zack had a key to our home so he could let himself in and I managed to lock us out of our home one night early on. I called Zack in desperation and he promptly came over and let us in, not expecting anything in return. That speaks volumes about who this man is. The Navien tankless water heater is excellent, and I highly recommend them if you are building a new home or upgrading your existing hot water tank. I can run multiple showers simultaneously, back to back, and never run out of hot water. I would highly recommend Zack and Mac Wilson Plumbing due to their excellent work and fair prices. Zack is proficient in his trade, honest, and a man of integrity which is hard to find in the residential building trades these days. I have my plumber and plan to use him for future projects and/or plumbing problems."
