I called First Call, and Chris came out the next day to look at the damage and estimate the cost.  The  water team removed  the wet, moldy drywall the following day. Then they sprayed the entire cabinet with antibacterial spray, and set the huge dehumidifier to   dry out the  entire cabinet over the weekend.
