"RollShield was one of 5 vendors we contacted for information about window opening hurricane protection. We initially worked with Don as our salesman and point of contact. Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. We had never done a project like this before and as we had make changes he others lost interest. Chris stuck with us and was helpful in discussing the changes. When the project stated Chris was their everyday either doing he work or introducing us to the speciality subs. He also came back each day to check the progress and ensure daily cleanup. The job included removing tub and tile, converting to walk-in shower, complete retile, toilet replacement, floor tile removal and replace, new lights and new bath exhaust fan. The job turned out just as we wanted. We will definitely be calling Chris for future projects."

"I was looking for someone to fix up my house and had e-mailed and left messages with multiple companies.   Jim at Heather Fitzpatrick Inc. returned my call with in 24 hours and was able to promptly set up a time to evaluate my needs. 
As we went through the house I pointed out what needed fixing and Jim was able to tell me on the spot what would be required.  Turns out Jim is literally a "Jack of All Trades." 
He gave me a bid for each project and if that bid included materials.  Some materials I picked up myself (ceiling fans and faucet) and others he picked up (base boards and soffits) and would bring me the receipts for reimbursement plus a little extra for travel and time.
The final price was exactly what was quited plus materials I purchased or reimbursed.  He did a few extra odds and ends without any request for extra pay.
All the work was done promptly and courteously as I work night shift and he was able to plan the work so that I was able to sleep during the day.
I highly recommend Jim at Heather Fitzpatrick Inc.  The prices are reasonable and Jim has an excellent knowledge base and eye for detail.
