"I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

Couldn't be happier.  Both crews (painting and floor installation) were very professional.  I love the interior paint.  We had deferred this project and the new paint and flooring really improved our investment.  Alex and George, crew chiefs, were excellent -- kept me informed and assured that we were satisfied with the end product.  Pricing was very reasonable and fair.  Mike and Erin in the office kept me updated on the projected time frames.

George identified that our floors were uneven and did the work to level them.  Now the squeak in the hallway is gone!

This is a quality company and I heartedly recommend them for any of your projects.  My only regret is that I didn't identify them earlier so that they could have done the rebuild on our stairs.  They did do the paint and stain.  The stair rebuild went okay, but would have simplified my life if I had had Silver Oaks do that work too.

Roof replacement is next on the list and I will be contacting Silver Oaks to do that work.

"First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."

"I had the most difficult time finding a roofing and general contractor to do the repairs I needed done after "The Great Hail Storm of April 2016". My neighborhood had tons of damage from the hail storm with the baseball-sized hail we had. Every single roof here was totaled and needed replacement. After trying unsuccessfully to find a Roofing contractor willing to come out and capable of doing all of the repairs necessary per my insurance claim, I decided to wait until The Fall to try again. Well, Fall turned into Spring and here I was in July still needing to replace my roof in addition to making other repairs. I asked my friends for recommendations and called several companies but was having difficulty finding anyone who was willing to do all the work expeditiously and at the right price, until I found Mr. Neely Willeford and his company Great Built Roofing and Construction. He sent a nice young man - William Seaman out to give me an estimate. William made it a point to complete the estimate before knowing what my insurance company allotted for my roof replacement and other repairs. Well, the roof was completed last week and I couldn't be happier. A crew of at least 8 people led by the very capable Luis showed up at 8 am and by 6:00 pm they were done! They did the entire roofing job in one day including the pick-up and delivery of the new shingles, the removal of the old shingles, and the roofing of the house, porch, and covered patio in the back. They were also able to install a solar vent. It was an amazing job. They picked up everything after the job was done. My yard looked like it did before they arrived in the morning. I had my roof inspected after completion and was told by the certified inspector that rarely has he come upon a new roof done so well, according to code. His painting crew led by Nino did the rest of the necessary work a few days later. Outstanding job! I would definitely recommend Great Built Roofing and their crews without hesitation!"
