From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. We had no idea where the dead raccoon was, and it took hours to locate it. Lawrence never rushed the process. He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of my home, carefully looking for every possible entry and exit point. His persistence paid off. He found the dead animal, safely removed it, treated and sanitized the affected area, and even set traps in case there are additional raccoons. What impressed me the most is that he didn’t just fix the immediate problem and leave. He’s coming back to monitor the traps, remove them once it’s safe, repair the drywall, and make sure the job is completed the right way from start to finish. He is the best!!!"
