"The company Affinity was wonderful. This is the second time we have had the Navien tankless hot water heater repaired. The first time it caused massive damage to the bedroom below. I pleaded with Trendmaker to put the hot water heater on the ground floor. But they stood firm. So we had the tankless heater put in in an effort to avoid just the trouble we experienced. Affinity fixed the heater when it froze during the recent freeze. It is not Affinity's fault but the parts are expensive so the heater is much more expensive to maintain than an ordinary hot water tank that SHOULD be on the ground floor. "I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself.
