"Angel came the very day called to repair and stretch my carpet. The carpet tack board was rotted out. He replaced it and stretched the carpet, then cleaned my carpet. I had a spot that had a plant on it. I didnâ t realize the water had spilled over into the carpet. After he left, the stain came back. He returned and cleaned that spot for me. It looks and feels just like new! He also repaired my shower, the grouting needed to be fixed and redone. He did a great job with it. He cleaned my kitchen and bathroom tiles and grout. Everyone involved provided us with excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, attentiveness to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness during the project, and keeping us informed of scheduling and any other issues. Our project started with a visit by Matt from the showroom to understand our needs. He was excellent at providing options and being very detailed in his assessments of what we had to work with and how different design elements might work. We especially appreciated how he worked to get us exactly the shower tiles that we wanted, when one of our choices was not available. He kept in touch with us during the process, including coming by to review the progress. When work started, Cindy from the warehouse was our main contact. From the start, she kept us fully informed of what craft was showing up at what time and if there were any changes she always kept us informed. There were no surprises. He removed and demolished the bathtub and enclosure, removed the existing toilet, removed the medicine cabinet and removed some tile that needed to be replaced. He installed a full size to the ceiling shower with fixtures, installed a new vanity, sink and fixtures, adjusted existing plumbing, installed tile to match existing tile that we had, installed a new toilet, installed, taped and floated new sheet rock where needed.
