"Our sidewalk and walkway were leveled and sealed by Jakalon. Jakalon arrived on time introduced himself and greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. He took a minute to explain and confirm the details of the job. I took time to watch Jakalon work and was impressed by how meticulous he was. He worked without damaging any of the surrounding lawn, he did have to dig one hole which he refilled and covered nicely. The final result is fantastic and we have annual rein-spection for 3 years to address any changes that might occur, and a 5 year warranty completes my peace of mind that we?re in good hands. "Our house was built in 2006 and over the past 10 year, several of our neighbors have had cracked driveways and foundation issues. Within the first 5 years, we'd noticed minor cracks running north/south through the house and feared there was a larger issue in the foundation. After reading reviews on several foundation repair companies, we scheduled an evaluation with G.L. Hunt because people were saying they were impressed with their service and those that had repairs done were pleased with the results. We were scheduled for an 8a to 10a time slot and Justin Brits arrived right at 8a. He asked us a lot of questions to get a good understanding of our concerns. He then mapped our floor plan measuring each room's dimensions. Marking the center of our house as zero, Justin then measured throughout and into every corner to see where the foundation may have raised or lowered over time. It was really cool to see the measurements across our floor plan and learned the SE corner of our house was an inch higher than the NW. He then walked around the outside showing us cracks and signs of settling. Justin wasn't trying to sell us anything. He was focused on giving us detailed data on the status of our foundation and letting us know if there was the potential of future issues. He went over several things homeowners can do to prevent future foundation problems. We feel much better about the state of our foundation. It was time well spent and Justin gave us the information and education we needed. Should we have any future issues, we'll definitely call Justin with G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair."

"Be very weary of their warranty. Their warranty does not stay with the property, but with the homeowner. If you purchase a home and don't transfer the warranty at a cost to you, you are out of luck. I'm a realtor and have several reputable foundation companies where the warranty stays with the property, as it should always be. Buyer beware. I can only imagine they don't get many warranty call because of this reason. They will not attend to their own services."

"Absolutely do not hire them. They caused thousands in damages to my home while my irrigation lines lawn need to be replaced again. Andrew Manes promised me a NEW 6 zone irrigation system and graded, seeded lawn. He hired a local friend from 5280 landscaping to do the work and he tied into old broken existing lines which resulted in my new basement flooding. They have refused to come back to fix anything but are trying to blame situation on me. Seeking legal remedies now when all they had to do was follow the contract. I’m presently thousands out of pocket and have to pay another company to correct all of their horrible work. I only wish I could do negative stars on review."
