"The guys were very nice to work with and knowledgeable. They power washed our deck and replaced some bad boards. They also recommend we replace the lattice with vinyl instead of wood which looks really good! After the wood weathered for a couple of months, they came back to stain it. They only sent one man to do the job which took all day and he missed a few spots that we had to go over and re-stain ourself. Otherwise, they did a good job!"

Hello! My name is Leonardo Gonzalez i am a 23 year old upcoming remodeler/subcontractor. i Work for our family owed company. "I had outdated florescent light boxes in my kitchen.  I purchased 4 new fixtures to replace them and when we took the boxes down only one was properly wired for replacement.  Doug said installing new boxes was a bit out of his comfort range so I would have to have the master electrician.  Earl came out and did a fabulous job.  I could not be happier.  The new lights look amazing!  The reason I gave them a B on professionalism is because there was some confusion when Earl first arrived as to what was supposed to be done.  The communication between him and Doug was not super clear.  However we go it figured out and everything went great.  I would use them again.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
