I explained my expectations and what was a “must have.” The must have was guttering on the outside of the cover with gutter guards. We went outside so he could measure and determine what had to be done. He went over the product as well as the process. He was very thorough and I only had a couple of questions because he had already covered my main questions. We signed a contract the same day. We needed a bathroom door extended to enable an unplanned visiting family member who is wheelchair bound to be able to use the bathroom. Shawn responded to my request on Angi in less than 24 hours.
