"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

"Chris did a excellent job and was excellent at explaining the workings of the system. Will have them back for a water softener install. Excellent!"

"I would definitely recommend Mountain Fresh Water Systems to others.
Glenn was a pleasure to deal with, he called me personally multiple times to get the details set up and provided me with product literature to make sure the choice I made fit our needs perfectly.
The installation went off without a hitch (the installer was punctual and polite) and our new water softener is in perfect working order.

"All went well. Repair person showed up when expected and was very professional."

"They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."

"Response time was excellent as was the quality of work.. Plumber who did the repair was friendly and efficient. Cost was high but most plumbing costs are high."

"As stated above, the technician arrived on time, flushed the water heater and checked the water filters under my kitchen sink.

"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! I will only use Al's Plumbing for all my Plumbing services. He is honest and gets the job done. Thank you Al!!"

"I had a great experience with the tech, Jose, who came out to my property. He fixed the issue as well as checked all of my pipes, hot water heater, and other plumbing fixtures throughout my property. Jose was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quickly and properly. I will definitely be calling Veterans Plumbing with any sort of plumbing issues that arise at my home in the future and definitely recommend this company to any family and friends that are looking for a good, honest, and reliable plumber. Thanks Veterans for coming out to my property I greatly appreciate your service, honesty, and tips for all my plumbing needs."

"A-maze-ing. These guys were GREAT - I won't be calling anyone else in the future. First, they spoke to the woman in the house exactly as they did to the man - no dumbing it down for the ladies. Physically showed me what was going on and explained it well so I understood what was needed and why. They let me know which repairs needed to be done immediately and which could wait - no hard upsell at any point. They set reasonable expectations for what improvement I could expect with each step. Polite, friendly and helpful, showed up well within the estimated window. Before each visit I got a text with the name and picture of the tech who was on their way and a phone call from them to confirm. In 5 visits I worked with only 2 point people, meaning they weren't having to start from zero every time someone walked in. They charge by the job, not the hour, meaning the work was done quickly, but with quality. I had someone I know take a look at the work and they said everything looked very well-done. After each step they followed up with me by phone to find out if I wanted/needed anything else. In short, I had a shockingly great experience with them and can't recommend them highly enough."
