"EVERYTHING WAS GREAT .ON TIME. WORKED WELL TO REMOVE OLD AND BRING IN NEW WATER HEATER. MY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE PRICE. QUOTED TO LOW. GAVE ME A 50 GAL. WHEN I REPLACED A 40 GAL. JUST SAW AN ADD FOR THE SAME TANK FOR 800.00 VS MY 1300.00 I DID NOT NEED A 50 GAL FOR ONE PERSON. 40 GAL WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE. THAT DISAPPOINTED ME A BIT. MY BILL CAME TO OVER 1900.00 VS THE 1300.00 I ANTICIPATED. HAVE OTHER CONSTRUCTION BILLS GOING ON THAT DAY. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED PROBLEM. BUT I AM GLAD I TOOK CARE OF IT BECAUSE I WILL BE GONE FOR 2 MONTHS IN 2 DAYS.. WOULD NOT WANT A FLOOD TO RUN BACK TOO. ALSO I AS TOLD IT WAS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN IT IS ONLY A 6 YEAR WARRANTY. I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SORT ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT A HOT WATER TANK REPLACEMENT.. MY FAULT FOR BEING IN A VERY BIG HURRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM FOR MY TENANT, I STILL FEELTHEY ARE GOOD. CALLED THEM TODAY BUT NO ANSWERE. HAD SOME QUESTIONS FOR ROLANDO. HOPE THEY CALL ME BY MONDAY."
