Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

"I am very pleased with SKM maintenance who showed me what they were made of when things got tight. Professionalism, Proficiency and Efficiency. I knew I had a tight deadline to meet. My deck was scheduled for staining at the end of the week but had structural damage that needed repair. From the moment I spoke to Linda the office manager, I was hopeful as she set the tone of the company and pleasantly gave me a brief outline of the process of getting an estimation. Within a day, Doug, one of the owners, was at my home evaluating the deck. I was impressed when he pointed out a few areas that needed to be corrected (that I didn’t recognize) and offered some solid suggestions. Furthermore, when I mentioned “the deadline “he didn’t flinch and stated they had an ample workforce…. Hmm. Once he left, I had a detailed written estimate with a very reasonable price!!
