"It went great!  They had the work completed in a day.  Dug a hole on the outside of the wall where the crack was, patched the crack, put some black mastic or something over the patch and refilled the hole.  
Inside to prevent concrete dust from going into the home, they hung up plastic and sealed the area.  They then cut and removed the concrete and installed the sump pump.
All work was performed in one day.
