Prior to hiring him we did quite a bit of research on what needed to be done and even considered doing the work ourselves. Thus, we knew what the scope of the project was and what to expect. "Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."

"This was a great company to work with and I have already hired them to do additional work on my house. Their guys arrived on time, with masks, and completed all the work efficiently and in line with the estimate I was given. They even sent out a team to troubleshoot my house after another contractor tripped some outlets. The guys were super patient with me and didn’t seem to mind my asking a ton of questions. "It took 2 service calls to get it fixed. First call no work was done and we paid $189 for "diagnostic" And, Theo did not diagnose the problem and fix it in that call. Second call was made because disposal continued to trip the circuit breaker. My husband diagnosed the problem and asked Theo to replace the disposal switch and the circuit breaker connected to the disposal. We paid $447 for this work. I feel we were ripped off for the $189 because the problem was not "diagnosed" and no work was done to correct it in first service call. Theo was professional, and responsive. I feel he was put in a bad situation by the company for not making any adjustment relative to the billing on the first do-nothing call. Problem seems to be fixed now, and Theo appears to have done a great job. My disappointment is not with Theo but rather the company's billing."
