"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

"Debby came out promptly and gave us a bid. It wasn't the cheapest or most expensive bid we received but my husband and I liked them best. Debby had an eye for detail even when she first came out. They were very accommodating on start dates and got the whole house done in just a few days. The floors had been removed so they were able to spray paint. I was impressed with all of the prep work they did before they painted. They created crisp, clean lines between the ceiling and walls.  They asked for 90% to be paid upon completion and then after the floors were in, they would come back to touch up any scuff marks that happened when the floors were installed and I would pay the last 10%.  I inadvertently paid 100%. They were very accommodating and said that they would come back anytime to do touch ups.  They were true to their word and after the floors were finished on a Friday, they came in the next day and did an excellent job of touch up. We moved in 2 days later.  I will definitely be using Debby and Beth for any other painting needs that come up and I will recommend them to anyone who asks about painting!
