During the inspection, he caught a small issue early and took care of it before it had a chance to turn into a bigger (and more expensive) problem. Everyone is polite and professional, not only did they do an excellent job on the installation but also went extra miles to make sure unit is properly arranged in our limited space attic and of course they cleaned up everything afterwards.
