The home was built in 1980 and then radically expanded and remodeled (interior and exterior walls and the roofline all significantly altered) so the wiring and plumbing can be pretty tricky. These guys and girls were on the ball from second one. Everyone I spoke with was both professional and friendly. Notably so. Of course the electrician is what really matters here and he was super informative and helpful. He offered several solutions and explained the cost and benefits and negatives of each.
