"It went pretty well, right up to the time that we found scratches from other contractors.  We are still trying to sort that out, but Gray's came back and replaced the scratched floor, and cut us a good deal on the labor.  We are still negotiating with the other contractors on the replacement pieces.  Gray's is responsive and professional.  I wish they worked during the week, too!"
