"I had received several bids for my driveway and stamped concrete patio project. I found Madewell Concrete through Home Advisor app. They contacted me immediately, and I had an appointment with them the next day. Ben and Faith came over, reviewed my project, did numbers and a scale drawing, and gave me a quote. They had a brochure for stamped concrete. Their bid was higher, but they also offered a ten year warranty! After careful consideration, I called the next day to let them know I wanted Madewell to complete my project. They scheduled me for the next week, and Kel came other to carefully walk me through the process. Kel sent pictures throughout the day to show how the work was progressing . When completed, Kel met with me again, going over details, explaining how the drive and patio would redirect water flow. These guys were friendly and courteous, well worth the cost of using pros for your project!"

"Had a long desired walkway added in lawn. Love it every time we avoid wet grass and muddy ground when it rains. Pretty addition to lawn. Plan to add more pavement augments from this company."

"I am so thankful I found Steve & Miranda at Concrete Smith. They’ve done two big projects for me, and I’ve been thrilled with the results both times. They have a way to understand what I’m looking for from a design standpoint and have a knack for delivering exactly what I’ve been imagining, but better! Their prices are more than reasonable for the quality of workmanship and I am looking forward to hiring them again for my next project."

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. Finally, Marc—without question he was amazing in the whole install with his team. It was obvious that he knows what he is doing and so does his team. In closing, I would recommend Abry Brothers and specifically their team to anyone needing foundation repair. The people that represent your company are an amazing group—these people you can be confident are professional, courteous and committed to doing quality work. Thank you!” B. Rogers September 2018"

Our neighborhood had applied for a Neighborhood Partnering Program grant from the City of Austin Public Works Department, a program that supports community initiated projects with matching funds from the community.  After hearing our story, owner Jaye Stark offered an in-kind donation for the labor on the project.  Because this is a cost sharing program, the $3600 value attached to the labor both decreased the total cost of the project AND counted toward our match.  Mason Man's contribution helped us to win the grant!

Since everything with the City seems to take a really long time, Jaye has been super patient with the delays, but once we got the green light, he was able to get us on his schedule fairly quickly.  His guys really did great work and paid close attention to detail with the pattern and color of the natural stone.

I highly recommend Mason Man for any masonry/stone work!  They are good people and do great work!

"I really recommend this company to anybody needing concrete work. They were always on schedule, very affordable with their pricing and very clean on the job which I really respect. Very good communication and easy to get in contact with. Overall I recommend this company to homeowners but especially investors because coming across a company who is punctual with deadlines and always reliable is hard to come across!"

"The bid was very competitive and the crew showed up on time and finished well within the estimate.  The team cleaned up and then gave instructions to me about care and maintenance of the concrete for the next few days.  They followed up the next day with removing forms and again cleaning up the area.
I have received numerous complements on the work and I would recommend them.

"Great, everything we have him do for us is so professional. We'll always use this company for our concrete work !"

"Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard.

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel
