"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"They got in touch with the insurance company and told them this one that I had was too old and rusty and I needed a new one. The insurance company gave them no flack. They went and bought it and put it in. The installation went really well for me. The insurance company sends the plumbers, but if I had to pay myself I still would use them."

"Gardners came out and gave a me ball park estimate. They said that was the best they could do not knowing what they would get into once they started the work. The estimate was in the range that I had budgeted and told them to do the work. They came back the next day at the time they said they would. They replaced a large section of sewer line under the house and discovered that it was also leaking where it went through the wall going to the septic tank. They called in their excavating crew and they were there in a matter of minutes. They dug up about 4 feet of the line outside and replaced it. Fortunately they found PVC at that point and could connect to it. The job took they about 4 hours from start to finish and the bill was at the high end of the estimate. I was pleased with the work. They were very professional, and completed the work in the time frame they gave me. I would call them again if needed."

"On the night of Saturday, Dec 10, 2011 we had a house fire which decimated our house and destroyed 95%+ of our belongings. That same night, Moore was contacted by our insurer to do the board up, which they accomplished. The following Monday we were at the house when Clay Oskins from Moore showed up to start the estimating process on behalf of the insurance company. At that time we discussed with him their salvage service (taking salvagable items and cleaning them for us) as well as their inventory services for goods not deemed salvagable. Wanting to get certain items out of the house which was now without a complete roof was important to us so we had them start on that process and the inventory but held off on other steps as we wanted to look at other vendors, Our insurance company had made it clear that the choice of contractors for any step in the process was ours. After doing or review which included Angie's List and some additional vendor interviews we decided to stick with Moore since their reviews were good and our experiences with them over the 1-2 weeks since the fire were excellant from a service and communication standpoint. We hired Moore to do the non-salvagable inventory as well as gutting of the house. We held off on the rebuild decision as we were not sure on whether or not to rebuild as well as wanting to interview some custom builders in the area. For a variety of reason associated with how our fire happened we had time to look around. We interviewed other builders along with Moore. During this time we were contacted by random individuals wanting to represent us as our advocate with our builder and insurance company. All detailing horror stories about clients who didn't get what they deserved. We choose to take the high road and be open with our insurer from the start, to this day a decision we do not regret. Meanwhile we completed our interview process and choose Moore for the rebuild. Moore was clearly the most well prepared, had numerous ideas on changes that we could make with the rebuild and was a wealth of information on how the insurance claim system works. They also had a good relationship with the insurers and did not treat them as adversaries as some of the builders had suggested. The rebuid started in ernest May of 20112 and we were back in the house in April of 2013. Did the process go smoothly from beginning to end was every day one of perfection, no but through it all Moore was understanding in dealing with ones who had just had their lives turned inside out. They were prompt and professional and great communicators. Moore is in the disaster business which means unpredictablility. Their were times when disaster struck the Indy area during our rebuild (i.e. the house explosion on the south side of the city) which impacted Moore's resources. Thay were open and we always knew how other events might impact our job. Throughout the process Moore handled the lionshare of communication and paperwork, on the rebuild, with our insurer. We were always in the loop and it made our lives that much simplier in the midst of the malestrom. Also throughout the process Doug Coss, Moore's job , worked with us on various aspects of the job where we wanted to have a bigger hand in how it was done and in a few cases things we wanted to do ourselves. In other words they wree flexible to meeting our needs. We are back in our house and love it especially the changes, which we might never have realized except for the insights they offered us. Some poeple told us to hire a custom builder, that Moore could not deliver in that aspect....well Moore did quality, DETAILED work and the results show it. We just had our one year punch list completed. A few minor items, which as usual they handled quickly, professionally and to our satisfaction. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone confident they will delight them as well. We will always be grateful to Clay Oskins, Doug Coss, Bob, and the entire Moore crew.
"

"He showed up on time and brought a helper with him. They were both very nice and quite friendly. He worked for less than an hour move the rooter (the cutting tool) down the sewer, pull out tree roots, and then send a camera down the sewer to show me how he could only get a 4" hole cut through a 6" ball of roots. He claimed that his cutting tool simply was not large enough to take care of that large of a sewer pipe. Then he said that what I really needed was their special Hydro Scrub, a tool that shoots water in the sewer that can cut out the rest of those roots. Yes, this would cost me a lot more money, but it would be worth it, he said, because then the sewer would be clear of roots and they wouldn't grow back so fast. How much more?, I asked. He pulled out his printed and laminated company 3-ring binder with all of the set prices. The Hydro Scrub had different prices (depending on whether or not one was a "member" of something--I couldn't see what I would need to be a "member" of in order to get a cheaper price), but it was going to cost me $900 more to get the job done completely.
There was one major problem with this claim. A few years ago, someone from Mr. Rooter came and performed this exact same service with the exact same equipment (without the miraculous Hydro Scrub), and there was absolutely no problem getting all of the roots out. Some of those roots were a LOT larger than the ones pulled out this time. Also that previous time, the worker send a camera down the sewer and showed us how all of the roots were cleared. He explained that he had to send the cutter down an additional time, and the ball of roots he brought up was huge. THIS time, however, the worker sent the cutting tool down once, pulled up two clumps of roots, claimed he simply didn't have the tool to get it any better than that, and tried to up-sell me to the tune of $900. I do not appreciate the half-done job and the up-sell attempt. However, my toilet would flush and my washer would drain. But I will not do business with this company again.
"
