"I couldn?t be more frustrated with a company and would advise you to avoid USA windows and doors! They are extremely deceitful. Let me start with day 1. Through a translator I was told my window and door installation would take two days. They started my project on March 10 and continued work through March 25. They failed the first inspection and as of now I?m waiting for a second inspection. I needed a translator because none of the six crew members I dealt with spoke English. It makes it very hard to ask questions about a major project being done to your home. They tell you they?ll handle everything with your HOA. On the first day they threw the old windows out the opening down 4 floor into a neighbors backyard breaking the glass. They stayed past the 5 pm HOA work deadline and never cleaned the walkway me and my neighbors use. All 3 of these things are against the HOA rules they were given by the property manager. Board members threatened to fine me. Horrible experience"
