"I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

He responded promptly with the initial call to me, quick & free estimate, reasonable pricing, set the date for the job to begin, much sooner than I expected. He and Jose worked together so well, doing exactly what I explained I wanted to be done. They completely cleaned the work site for the evening and again the following day at the end of the job. They removed all debris including the tear out and packaging. They were courteous and respectful. Construction is solid, joints flush, nail holes filled. I LOVE the renewed look of my porch posts, front and garage door trim and the new storm door! I am so glad the "other's" didn't care to respond! He did a great job for us! Highly recommended!"

He had three weeks to do about 6 weeks worth of work. He organized it efficiently and effectively between himself and a few other considerate and equally diligent workers. Their jobs were numerous and varied from plumbing, electrical, to cabinet making. He knew and worked with other sub-contractors who were reasonable and skilled. Out of respect for Brian, others made an effort to help him and us get the job done! Brian is extremely competent, knowledgeable and multi-talented. We recommend him highly, knowing whoever hires him, for whatever the job, won't be disappointed."
