When we were looking to have our front and back doors replaced, we went to Menards to look at doors. While we were there, a sales associate recommended we reach out to one of their preferred contractors, George Krinninger & Sons, to assist us with replacing the doors. We did and it was the best decision. We worked with Mike and he was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and walked us through the whole process. He even went out of his way to go with us to the store to help us pick out the right doors. When it came time for the installation, he showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and a pleasure to chat with. When the project was done, he left the work area spotless and walked us through any features the doors/locks had. "Neighborhood Remodelers did a bathroom renovation for us in 2020. Mike Cooper was the project manager. They also replace all of the trim on our second floor fast forward three years later where we replaced our upstairs flooring and came to find out that Neighborhood Remodelers used 3 inch trim and elevated on the wall to act like 5 inch trim. Extremely shady. We also came to find out that they buried an electrical box even though they told us that they wouldn’t do anything like that. extremely disappointed with this company. Please think long and hard before using them."

"Stratagem created a new kitchen and two baths for our family. It was a big project, significant investment, and enormous success! It's hard to believe the transformation of each space, which was in various states of disrepair from severe to total. We worked within the existing footprint and made complete replacement of every element. The end result is functional and beautiful. We are so grateful for our new old home. I doubt many companies can handle the challenges and quirks that such an old structure (1880) brings with it so well. Every room as it was unmasked presented unwelcome surprises, such as 'remedial' plumbing, rot, etc, but Stratagem anticipated these and fixed each as they arose. The quality of the build is excellent. The crew were so hardworking, professional, and friendly. Everyone I had communications with on the administrative end were also incredibly responsive.
