Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. He provided us a quote pretty quickly and was accurate about his start date. We had a complete basement build out, including a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and storage area. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism. His crew was attentive and provided great advice throughout the project. They opened up part of our basement stairs and installed double barn doors to our storage area. His guys did a white wash finish on the barn doors that look absolutely amazing! He was very easy to work with and accommodated us with some additional work throughout the project. He let us know when the the different stages would start, and he was spot on with his timing.
