We heard back from four company representatives (including Jessica with J.C. Tree Service). Of those four, ONLY Jessica provided a detailed itemized quote as well as proof of insurance. The quote was aggressively competitive. From the onset, Jessica was professional. She appeared dedicated to thoroughly explaining the process from beginning to end. Upon contracting with the company, that level of professionalism and dedication did not abate. On the day of service, the crew arrived as scheduled, removed our dead tree in short order, took care of the stump, meticulously cleaned the area, and left only after providing professional service from start to finish. Once Frank arrived, we found him to be very knowledgeable about trees, how to groom them correctly, and what we should do for the up keep. We were very impressed! Also, he showed up the day our trees were being trimmed by his crew to make sure everything went according to plan. We have many mature trees that require frequent trimming. There are Live Oaks, Red Oaks, Crape Myrtles, Elms, Yaupon, and Japanese Maple. Over the years I have used several tree services, with mixed results.

I heard about S&P from neighbors who were very pleased with their work. I requested an estimate. Jesse came the next day. I was very impressed with his professional manner and the courtesy he showed me. The estimate was fair so we made an agreement.

The work was completed easily in one day with a large crew. Jesse was available throughout the day to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. The crew showed the same degree of professionalism and courtesy as I had seen from Jesse.

After the trimming, all the debris was removed carefully.

"Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."

"David and his men did a great job. After a bad storm, most of one of my Large Ash trees broke and needed to be cut and removed. They cut and removed most of that very large tree. They also trimmed another Big Ash tree to prevent that tree from breaking and possibly damaging my house. They cleaned up all the debris, and left the yard spotless. This was a major project, and I would hire them again!"
