"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

He failed first footing inspection on garage, made one garage door opening 9 feet wide and the second 11 feet wide had to show him on plan that garage had two 10 foot openings. Had to tell him to put in fifth support collumn under rear deck, he had only four, he had bath drain to close to wall where closet was to go, had him move it over three feet like on plans. He poured the concrete for slab on garage, bedroom, bath, dining room and courtyard without county approval, we had to have an engineer inspection that cost us $1,500.00 to get approved. Bedroom slab is seven inches shorter than it is suppose to be, all the footings on basement room foundation are not in line with the plans and no verticle rebar in footings for cmu blocks to go on to for strength of foundation walls. I had to fire Jose and his crew, he left to see his mom for two weeks, whole project was on hold for a little over a month. Money Awful company."
