We pride ourselves on the quality of our work as well as our commitment to outstanding results. We look forward to building lasting relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction!

"Gerry called me directly and set up an appointment for an estimate the very next day. We walked through the different options and pricing. Gerry was extremely knowledgeable and greatly assisted us in the over all design of the bathroom remodel. He was amazing to work with, and was always reachable via text. He and his team were here every day promptly and we couldn't be happier with the end result of our bathroom. Complete gut and remodel, as well as con eating a top to a shower. I will use Gerry again for upcoming projects and would highly recommend them for your next project."

"We bought our house in June of 2024 and hired Joe/All Phase to complete a full house restoration. The house was built in 1870. Each person that worked on our house over the course of 4 months was exceptionally professional. We received compliments from our new neighbors as the project progressed and about the team from All Phase that handled each phase of the project. Joe Stillman was quick to respond each time we reached out to make a modification or just check in. He was regularly on site to ensure expectations were met. We had walls removed, added insulation, a full house electrical rewire, dual zone HVAC install, walls removed, windows installed in walls that had no windows, sliding glass doors installed where there were no previous sliding glass doors, house fully drywalled and painted, all new woodwork, new roof, new siding and new downspouts. They also built a portico. I would highly recommend Joe and his entire team. We also had a garage built this year that I?ll review next."

VHCS is committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty, and personal responsibility. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. We have accurate knowledge of all trades combined. This ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business.

"Without Tom this project would have not only taken longer, but cost way more money from various mistakes or items missed. The code enforcement on my project was unreal and the nitty gritty of stuff they wanted done was never explained from the township and just pushed onto him to figure out, which he did! His prices and timeline are broken down in such an honest way which is not an easy thing to find these days. Tom stuck with me for about 6 months while I worked through some prior permitting processes and other issues before he could get involved and answered many questions along the way to make sure I was not going to hit a failure point. I could not have asked for a better guy to work with. Any issue that might have come up was correctly quickly and effectively. This was an easy review to write, just look how clean and neat that insulation and coverage on the ceiling is!"

We are family owned and operated since 1952, provides home repair construction services in Delaware, Montgomery and Chester Counties as well as New Jersey and have been providing residential and commercial renovations and remodeling to the surrounding community ever since. We specialize in basement remodeling and conversions, windows, garage doors, fire and water damage, and many other reliable contracting services. Let our reputation of doing whatever it takes to get your job done on time, on budget, and to your satisfaction give you peace of mind. Our engineering background means we accomplish what others say is impossible. We always focused on our client goals and delivering high value outcomes.

"In all cases he put in what he wanted, and in all cases it was a lot cheaper and WITHOUT RECEIPTS . We were charged for the upgrades but did not get them (Refused to provide receipts, even when asked repeatedly (we have texts from him saying NO RECEIPTS, NO RECEIPTS! NO RECEIPTS!). They cut a huge hole in our garage ceiling for I have no reason why. Also one in the bathroom closet. Bought cheaper toilets than the ones we chose. Became very annoyed with my wife, said he would return them but didn't and installed them anyway. This we know because they still had the identifying sticker still on it. They put the wrong flooring in. We picked one that would match the existing hallway floor. It was an upgrade so we were charged more money and they put in the cheap floor anyway. The bathroom tub was supposed to be a nice tub to go with the expensive tiles we picked. They put in the cheapest tub they could buy and refused to take it out. They then put non slip silicone strips on the bottom that makes it look even cheaper. We came to find that the reason for the strips was to hide a chip that was there. They were repeatedly told we wanted SLIDING shower doors. They purchased the cheapest one they could find with a door that opens out. We asked for power flush jet toilets. They purchased watersense toilets, got mad when we told them it was not what we wanted. Finally said they would return them but put them in anyway. They left the water sense sticker on them is how we were sure. . There were cabinets put in without spacing and as a result the doors and drawers wouldn't open without scraping against the one beside it. We had to replace and buy new ones. The countertop was installed without having a plumber come in beforehand and set up the drain, so now installation of a garbage disposal is impossible without removing the countertops and cabinets. In both bathrooms, the wall niches have mostly gray and dirty white half inch thick threshold pieces to box them out (our bath is brown based) that were cut short at the ends, then filled with gray grout as filler. They couldn't look more horrible. They were also asked to put in white grout to match the brown and white of the bathroom tiles. They put in gray. Towards the end, we asked for proof of license to contract along with receipts. They refused. We told them not to continue work until they could give us receipts and proof of license. The very next day, I came down to find workers there scrambling to finish the job they had so far taken them two months to do. We received numerous and lengthy text messages from them cursing us out, accusing us of sexual impropriety and calling us foul names until we finally had to called the police. Succinctly, this company and the persons we dealt with, Perry Panaccio and his brother Al Panaccio, are a nightmare and not people you ever want have do anything for you! I am seriously considering suing, which I have never done...it is that bad!"

Major renovation multiple room services FAQs

Detached structures generally require more investment than interior conversions due to additional foundation work, independent utility connections, and exterior construction requirements. These standalone offices typically align with addition costs, ranging from $80 to $300 per square foot depending on design complexity and finish quality. Consider additional expenses for separate heating/cooling systems, insulation requirements, and potential zoning restrictions when planning a detached workspace.

Most jurisdictions require permits for structural modifications, electrical work, plumbing installations, and HVAC alterations. Requirements vary significantly between municipalities, making consultation with local building authorities essential before beginning work. Proceeding without proper permits can result in financial penalties, construction delays, or requirements to remove non-compliant installations, potentially increasing your overall project cost substantially.

Converting existing space is typically more economical, with costs ranging from $50 to $200 per square foot compared to $80 to $300 per square foot for new additions. Room conversions avoid expenses associated with foundations, exterior walls, roofing, and additional utility connections. Your decision should consider not only immediate costs but also how repurposing existing space might affect your home's overall functionality and value proposition.

Room conversions typically require between two and six weeks, depending on the extent of modifications. Building an addition generally takes three to four months from initial planning through final inspection. Your project timeline depends on permit processing, contractor availability, material delivery schedules, and any unforeseen complications discovered during construction. Weather conditions and seasonal factors may also influence completion timelines, particularly for exterior construction phases.

Home office expenses related to business activities may qualify for tax deductions, though specific eligibility requirements apply. You'll need to maintain thorough documentation of expenses and use the space exclusively for business purposes to qualify for most deductions. Tax benefits vary based on employment status, space utilization, and current tax regulations. Consulting a qualified tax professional before making renovation decisions can help you understand potential financial advantages specific to your situation.
