They give a lifetime warranty on their products. The first time I cleaned my windows one of them wouldn't shut. I called in and they tried to talk me through it on the phone. When I couldn't figure it out they sent a service tech out and he fixed the problem in less than a minute (it was something I did wrong!). There was no charge for the visit!"
