And post-installation, they left a live electrical outlet hanging out onto the sidewalk - which was a safety hazard. They took partial payment up front while I waited for 5-6 weeks, but then were very aggressive about immediate payment, seeming more concerned about getting paid day-of before even understanding if I considered the work done or was satisfied."
