"Dave Larson was very professional. It rained for days during the August monsoon and I was trying to get the trim painted before the new siding went on. Dave and his crew came on the weekend to do the upper level painting and remove a metal awning. Dave was careful to let me know that any house as old as mine (1924) was likely to have lead-based paint on the exterior. He and his crew collected all scraped paint from the trim and disposed of it as a hazardous material, following the federal regulations."

The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.
