So when you go online and it does not turn out what they say, then they say you should have called. It's just a circular thing. When you put a claim in online, it only gives you a category and no opportunity for details and that's a problem. All my electrical smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night. It was horrible, I had to get up on a ladder at 2:00 am in the morning and pull out wires in the ceiling. To me it was an electrical issue, but they dismissed it. Because I couldn't tell them that in the service request, I just put electrical and it was a big problem. They're website needs to have a note, a comment.
