"With tremendous confidence and enthusiasm, I unequivocally recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations as a trusted professional contractor. I recently purchased a home that needed extensive repair work, and as part of the purchase agreement, I assumed responsibility for all outstanding building code violations. I was granted 90 days to complete the work, under threat of serious legal repercussions. After meeting with eight distinct contractors and reviewing their proposals, I elected to commission Mr. Bob Hegedish’s firm, Northeast Ohio Renovations, for a new roof and vinyl window replacement. From the very onset, Bob presented the most comprehensive, competitive, and cost-effective proposal of the bunch, and I could tell right away that I was in capable hands. It’s no secret that the home renovation space is often teeming with scheisters and snake oil salesmen, but Bob is one of the good guys. Not only did Bob come through on time and under budget, the final work was absolutely exquisite. Bob and his team really came through when I needed them, and when it mattered most. Northeast Ohio Renovations gets stellar reviews for good reason. I have already recommended them to personal friends and family members, because I know they will be thrilled with the deliverables. Moreover, I will contract them again for future work without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and consider Bob for your next renovation project. I have little doubt that he will do everything in his power to earn your trust and delight you with impeccable results."

"Jaime is simply the best. I’m unexpectedly moving and needed to get my house on the market. i had a huge list of improvements and repairs to get done to get my house show-ready. He did everything i needed from painting to plumbing to electrical and my long list of “honey-do’s”. He was neat, tidy and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaime for any repair you need. Thanks, Jaime - you’re a lifesaver!"

"They were punctual, quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired my central air in about 90 minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone."

"Extremely well done overall installation process for our new AO Smith Proline 50-gallon electric water heater. Installation was thorough, clean and effective. We had hot water in about an hour. We also have had no sulfur smell issues, whatsoever, even with an older 60-ft shallow well supply source. The new OA Smith electric unit is working perfectly. The combination of Lake Construction and the OA Smith water heater is a good one."

"I would hire them again. They were very professional, completed the services on the day they said they would, and did a great job. Cleaned up all surrounding areas of the work, no debris left behind. It is sometimes hard to find a home repair job go exactly the way you want it to, and as agreed upon. This company was reasonably priced and did excellent work."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff worked with me on solving our electrical issues with a fair price. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will gladly recommend him to others and plan on using his services again in the future!"

"The installation was flawless. They converted my old shower into a masterpiece! I highly recommend! 5 stars!!!"

"It didn't work very well. They were supposed to give us drawings of the bathroom and kitchen, but it took weeks and weeks to get it back and then we had to remind him to do the bathroom too. It just didn't work out very well. He missed the first appointment."

"My main sewer line was backed up. I called several other businesses which all quoted me in within the thousands. Luckily, when called Jimmy Jets they assured me that all I needed was a jetting job which would clear my lines. As a result, this would end up saving me thousands of dollars in the process. They were extremely professional, efficient, and ran their business with integrity. Not often do you see businesses go out of their way to save you money."
