"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. "The Window Nation techs arrived early, were friendly, and worked diligently. They replaced the windows one at a time, setting up plastic sheeting on both sides to reduce the mess. They also vacuumed after each new window was replaced. When in the bedrooms, they would close the doors to keep the cold out as it was cold and wet on installation day. When finished, they went over opening and closing the windows which would allow for cleaning both the inside and outside and how the sliding door worked. I am extremely happy with the new windows and with Window Nation. I would highly recommend them."

"I dealt with George exclusively on this upgrade to our house over a three year period.  He was extremely punctual when we met for appointments.  Calls with additional questions were answered promptly by either the office or George himself.  Northcoast  has several different lines of products and George was both informative and helpful in assisting us with our selections.  Setting up times for the actual work was straightforward and they worked with us and our timeline.
The installation on all occasions went smoothly, with good craftsmanship, excellent cleanup of the work area, and in a timely manner.
We noticed one minor defect in one of the new windows (actually, the installer brought it to my attention), and a new unit was immediately reordered and installed under warranty.
Overall, this was a very POSITIVE experience, with none of the high pressure sales pitches, fair pricing, and professional and friendly installation.  I would certainly use Northcoast again for any future upgrades.  As a side note.....Another contractor was recently here for a remodel estimate, and commented on both the windows/doors and the high quality of installation workmanship.  He asked me "who did the work, because I have another customer who is looking for windows" and wrote down Northcoast  on his notebook.
