"The hot and cold water supply connections for my washing machine were old and leaking. I just had a new washer and dryer delivered today, and I didn't like the idea of hooking the washer up and having a water leak behind the machine. I watched a lot of DIY videos and was going to try and fix it myself, but then it occurred to me that if I did the install incorrectly, I was still going to have to call a plumber to do it right, so why not just skip the part where I booger everything up? Lynda from Rooter-Man called me right away and we talked about when it would be most convenient for me to have a plumber come look at it and give me an estimate. "Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."
