"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. Of all the companies we spoke with Richie was the most thorough in explaining the situation and the work he and his team would do and was very patient when answering all our questions. Richie and his team did a great job from start to finish – they were communicative, on time, efficient, and did quality work. I especially want to call out their great work of replacing our main line. They were very contentious of our garden when digging up the main line to replace it in the front yard and did a great job filling in the hole afterwards.
