"It has been about 10 years since we had the chimney checked. We only use the fireplace a few dozen times a year. While we weren't having problems with the chimney, we thought we had better get it checked out. I called for an appointment and found the receptionist to be very friendly and she scheduled me within the month, working around my time schedule.
