They even caught that our floor wasn’t level which would cause the planks to “pop out” over time. They provided a quick and proven solution and then were back the next day to lay the flooring. They were agile and very efficient with the completion of the job. The sales team and scheduling/planning team were very easy to work with and made sure we, the customer, were satisfied during the entire process. "I've hired Kraig and his company twice already. The first time was about 5 yrs ago when I was moving. He painted and put in new floors throughout the house. They found mold in one of the bathrooms and took care of it quickly, making it safe to be back home. When I built a new home 4yrs ago, I hired them to install the new flooring in my kitchen. "Tom has installed the final plank flooring and the quarter round in my house on three separate occasions and done an excellent job each time. The first time he did my entire first floor which consisted of four large areas. Then he came back later and did my loft and stairs, which looked fantastic. The last time he was here all four bedrooms got vinyl plank and one of them, I had even tried to do myself which turned out terribly and he fixed and made look fantastic.. he is a hard worker. Does a great job and I trust him to do the job right.. I plan to use him on all of my Flooring projects in the future. I realize he is branching out a bit, but I have not used that part of his business yet, but could totally see myself doing it in the future."

"I hired Floyd and Sons to rebuild my basement after a flood. They installed insulation, drywall, floors, doors, baseboards, new vanity, painted, etc. They arrived when promised, did a great job, and were very good with communication in terms of next steps, timing, etc. They worked around my odd schedule and were a pleasure to have in my home. I believe they provided a fair estimate, advised me where I could save some money, and kept to that estimate throughout the project. They didn't nickel and dime me when little things popped up.
