He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. The railing requires a customized fabricated end piece, and they told us that it had been ordered. Later, they told us that the customized end piece had arrived. An installation date was set for June 4. On the installation date, the workers did not come. We left multiple messages on the phone box, but there has been no call back."
