The quality of work is beyond anything we could have hoped for.</p> <p>When the insurance company tried to pull a fast one with the settlement, Mike stepped up and went to bat for us and he fixed the problem with our insurance. It did not matter to him, he was going to get paid either way, but this is the kind of stand up guy Mike is.</p> <p>We where going to have the roof put on last fall, but Mike was concerned about the weather getting cold and encouraged us to wait until spring. He went up and repaired the problem areas and sealed the leaks so we could make it through the winter. Never charged us a dime.</p> <p>When it came time to do the roof, the material showed up on time, all the colors were correct. The crew showed up when they said they would be here and work hard all day. The clean up was incredible. "Dale, and his staff at Aquatic Rock Formations, is a true professional at installing, repairing, and updating water features. Dale is a problem solver, who is creative and dedicated to doing the job correctly the first time. His extensive experience led him to discover the specific issue with the auto fill on my waterfall on his first visit just three days after contacting him. He immediately telephoned me about the repair, estimated cost, and scheduled the time just a couple of weeks in the future. When an unrelated, unexpected issue was recognized during the repair, he made time in his schedule to return the following day to finish. Then he returned back within two days of the completion to make sure that it operated as expected. It was comforting to be able to reach him when questions arose. The price was both similar to the estimate and fair. I had worked with two other companies regarding the same problem with the auto fill and both were unable to diagnose nor remediate the issue over a four-month time period. I was so impressed by Dale that a number of weeks later, I contacted him about installing lights on the falls. They look fabulous! I plan on using only him for my future projects and highly recommend him for planning, building, repairing, or updating water features."

"The saving factor in this transaction was the fact that the edging looks great. The estimator came out when he said he would, I was not able to be home so he left the bid sheet. Scheduling was rough, I didn't hear from anyone for weeks, I called several times, the gal in the office always took my info and indicated someone would call, this went on for a few weeks past the original time I was given for install. The guys came within their window once the time was scheduled, my Fiber line was cut in the process, I realize that it is not their issue if the internet company did not bury it properly but the short, snappy and rude response from the crew when it happened was inappropriate. The end of the transaction was the worst of it. My bid sheet had two bids on it - there were different square footages and a price for each estimate (95' and 155'). I had called prior to the work and was told that there was a price break at 100'. So I assumed the price I was given for the 155' would be the price of my project. When I got my invoice the price was different, when I called to ask about it, I was yelled at and told that even though they acknowledged that I was told there was a price break at 100' that it didn't mean I would get the price on my quote because that was for a different square footage than what my project actually ended at. When I asked where that was noted or how I would know where the price changes were, I was told they are not going to give their customers their price sheet and he continued to yell. Be sure to get square footage prices for every 25/50 square feet so you are not surprised at the end."

"It went very well from the estimate to finish.  Very forthright, did an outstanding job on our crumbling buttresses, made a wonderful new step in the back to replace the bricks we had covered with some outdoor carpeting and the front walk is nice and smooth!  <br />"

"We are very happy with the results of the exterior waterproofing Drew and his crew performed. Drew was the only contractor willing to try to accomplish the waterproofing task by preventing the water intrusion rather than dealing with the water once it was inside the foundation. They removed a 12" by 20 ft section of concrete driveway along the house, excavated a trench to the front yard and installed a "french" style drain along with rock and plastic lining. They also regraded along the front of the house using the same method and connected to the drain line. The entire thing terminates in a rock filled underground pit. It has been eight months since the work was completed and there has been no water intrusion from the fall through the spring. The entire crew was very professional. They took care to not cause any more lawn damage than absolutely necessary and cleaned the driveway almost completely. We were realistic knowing not every spec of dirt would come off without some rain, but they left almost nothing when they left. We will be calling Drew for at least one more project that we are confident will be performed with absolute perfection."
