"Has this completed sometime in November time frame, demo went fairly smooth, still picking up screws and nails and pieces of debris 5 month later Disappointed with the finish quality, as you can see there a more con then pros. Would definitely recommend a final walk through before paying. Pros 1. Materials are very nice 2. Individuals that were hired to actually do the work were pleasant Cons 1. Ended up installing the remaining hangers myself counted 18 when I was done 2. Sticking the 4x4s directly into the concrete 3. Not a single level handrail 4. Trim board is flexing do to not enough fasteners per manufacturer 5. Handrail screwed into the side of house/vinyl with a piece of trim board 6. Offset 4x4 7. Out of level 6x6s under "

"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"
