When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. "Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised.
