From our initial contact with Cannon, our salesperson, the wonderfully helpful scheduler, Kiersten, and AJ, the project manager and his crew for the installation and closing, everyone was friendly and professional. As a former Virginia Class A contractor who has done this kind of work and understands the challenges, I can tell you that these people are spectacular. I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."

Chris provided an honest and complete evaluation of the roof damage. He worked with our insurance company to ensure that they had accurate and complete information to support and settle the claim. There were 2 or 3 specific non-standard roofing requirements due to a custom patio cover we had built on. Chris knew exactly what to do and outlined the needed adjustments to ensure we ended up with a quality roof. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

"I was the victim of a local criminal contractor, who installed a roof on my house that was garbage, that failed county inspection, that needed to be replaced. This criminal (ira Siegel @ Colorado Storm Solutions) refused to make it right. My only recourse was to take to social media to warn others about this lowlife. Brian Barnes of Colorado Native came across one of my postings and reached out to assist. Within days, Brian came to the house to inspect the roof. Brian then reached out to roofing shingle manufacturers to seek donated materials to lower the costs, as well as donating crew time to make this possible. I have never experienced such a reaction from a business previously, a local contractor with a true sense of community to right a wrong. I could not recommend any business, or service, more than I could recommend Colorado Native. And the previous contractor, well, he lost his licensing privileges in the Larimer County as a result.
