Doug Bockrath, the owner, was very helpful in determining what flooring would be best for this project. The installers, Matt and Mike Youngerman, were professional, timely, neat, and exceeded my expectations. They actually needed to spend an additional day on the install to correct an old issue and went out of their way to make sure everything was going to be a top notch installation. I could not be any happier with the expertise, knowledge, and professionalism shown by everyone associated with Bockrath. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs!"

It was much simpler to have theri sale rep bring samples to our home rather than have to run out to 2 or 3 carpet stores and get sample and make a decision on style, color, etc. This took a lot of the work out of it for us. "They did my carpeting in my house about three years ago. I usually have it done right before Thanksgiving. What stands out most to me is their honesty.I had a chair, and I wanted them to clean the upholstery and he told me that honestly, the stains in there would not really come out all the way. I thought that was really remarkable because he wasn't going to charge me money to clean it when and he knew ahead of time that the stains in there were not going to come out because they had been in there so long. So that was something that stood out to me."

They are pricier than like when you see the stuff in the coupon they are like five rooms for $799, but at the end of the day it was cost effective because they have honestly saved carpets that I thought I was going to have to replace. If you know your carpet cleaning it is worth it because they really do clean carpet these other places that you think are cheaper they just make your carpet wet so I don't how to do it. They are not the cheapest in town, but the value what they do is so much higher. I can't explain it. He is much better than anybody else. There are phenomenally cleaner. I have recommended them to people."
